Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Almost every Sweetpea and Boy piece is hand printed by us in our Tacoma studio. Here’s how getting it to you, and swapping it if it’s not quite right, works.

Shipping

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (U.S. addresses). Orders under $50 ship at a flat or calculated rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Hand printed, then shipped. Most orders leave our studio within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get an email with tracking.

Carriers: We ship with USPS. Delivery estimates appear at checkout.

International: We ship to most countries. A few items can’t ship internationally, and you’ll see that at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Package lost or damaged? Email us at info@sweetpeaandboy.com with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right.

Holiday 2026 Order-By Dates

To arrive by December 25 (U.S.):

Standard shipping: order by December 15
Priority shipping: order by December 17
Express shipping: order by December 18

Missed the cutoff? Gift certificates are delivered instantly by email.

Returns & Exchanges

Start a return or exchange →

30 days: Return or exchange new, unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges: Swap for any item of equal or lesser value. You cover return shipping; we ship the replacement free.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once we receive and check your return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Our mistake, our cost: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, we’ll pay for the return shipping. Just let us know.
Clearance items are final sale. They can’t be returned or exchanged. Holiday promotion orders can be exchanged for size.

How long it takes: Once your package reaches us, we process it within 3 to 5 business days. Exchanges then ship within 1 to 2 business days, so most arrive within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return.

Holiday Gift Returns

Shopping early is safe. Items delivered between October 26, 2026 and December 31, 2026 can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of delivery.

Returning a gift? Include the purchaser’s name or the order number for a refund to the original purchaser. Without either, you’ll receive store credit.
