Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on the weight of product as well as order total. Moreover, all orders over $75 receive free shipping.

Lastly, any issues regarding delivery of your order once we ship it should be addressed with the shipping provider. 

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for another item of equal value. If the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You may exchange new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for another item of equal value. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return item to be exchanged.

You should expect to receive your exchange within 5-7 business days upon our receipt of your package. However, in many cases you will receive your exchange more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your exchange once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process and ship your exchanged item (1 to 2 business days).
